Santiago “Santi” emeric
Santiago Emeric is an accomplished General Manager with a 17+ year track record of providing quality leadership skills to the Orlando nightlife industry. His humor and vast spirit expertise uniquely qualify him to curate some of the strongest nightlife teams in Central Florida.
He showcases his successes in co-opening some of the finest cocktail bars in town, including Mathers Social Gathering and The Robinson Room Cafe. He lives by his parents’ advice: to always follow through with what you commit to.
